Shipping Policy

  • We only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for any inconveniences.
  • Allow time for process and handling which can take 3-4 business days, but we usually ship the same day or the next day.
  • During holiday seasons, please order at least a week before you want your package to arrive as shipping times may take longer.
  • We ship through UPS and USPS (U.S Postal Service) 
  • The shipping costs vary depending on the amount of the order and destination.
  • Writing “Please deliver by this date… or ship asap” in the comment box of your order does not guarantee that your order will arrive by that date. We will contact you if the order can not be delivered by that date or time.

Tracking Number

  • If you made your purchase as a customer, you will receive a tracking number from once your package has been shipped.
  • People signed in as a customer will also receive an email from the shipping provider their order was sent through.
  • If you were signed in as a guest and provided us with your email address, you will receive an email of shipment from either UPS or USPS depending on which one your order was sent through.
  • If your package was sent through USPS (US Postal Service) please visit and enter your tracking number.
  •  If your package was sent through UPS please visit and enter your tracking number.
